The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) would like to invite you to send in quotations for organising of the Maldivian Night 2013, an evening set for the travel trade partners to interact and dine in an exclusive setting. 

Details are stated below;

Name of event: Maldivian Night 2013

Date: 6 March 2013 (1900-2230hrs)

No. of pax: 600

-A clear cost breakdown of the total price quoted needs to be submitted. 
Eg: fees for event management, welcome cocktails/ canapés, buffet dinner, drinks, decorations etc

-Additional services such as presenter and dj needs to be ordered separately by the contractor on behalf of MMPRC (with prior approval) and billed to MMPRC.

-MMPRC will pay 50% of the total price quoted within 14 days of confirming the contract.  The balance payment will be settled within 14 days of the completion of the project.  That is, 14 days after the function has taken place.

-Any cost which may arise outside of the above quotation shall be borne by the construction company.

-The deadline to submit the proposal is Monday, 21 January 2013 and should be sent electronically to procurement@visitmaldives.com copied to afra@visitmaldives.com  

-All proposals should include the Company Profile with information on work for past 2 years.  This should include proof of at least two projects that you have undertaken most recently with references.

-All the documents submitted along with the proposal must be in English and all values calculated in Euro €.

-Proposals received after the deadline or incomplete proposals will be disqualified.

Evaluation will be done based on the following criteria; 

-Management fee 60%
-Past experience and excellence of work in similar projects 30%
-Company profile 10%
