To blend with the design concept for the Maldives stand at WTM 2012, we are planning to allocate a special space within the stand to promote the wellness tourism segment which is one of the most promising niche markets in the tourism industry today. The focus would be to attract more visitors to the Maldives stand by giving them the opportunity to seek tranquil refuge for a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of WTM itself to de-stress, relax, revitalise and energise the senses.
In this regard, we are pleased to invite the registered co-exhibitors of Maldives at WTM to send in proposals. The opportunity will be given based on first come first serve basis depending on the details of the services/proposal.
Details are as follows;
> The entire process should be convenient and quick (5-10 minutes)
> E.g.: Reflex-Point Foot Massage, Energizing Chair massage, Head Massage or any combination of these treatments.
> Treatments that do not require the use of massage oils nor require customers to disrobe
> Create ambience that is conducive to relaxation and re-vitalization of the senses via aromatherapy oils and burners.
> Soothing music, soft lighting, a pleasant aroma and a sense of overall "stillness" provides customers with a tranquil refuge from the city's hustle & bustle.
> Opportunity to promote individual spa brand name via products and logo on shirt of and give-aways.
Requirements from the party:
> The service should be provided free of charge
> Equipment (1 massage chair will be provided by Stand Designers)
> Props (in association with consultation from the stand designers)
