We would like to invite you to send in quotations to organize a press conference at boot fair on 22 or 23 January 2012. The press conference should be held at the fair ground during the working hours of the BOOT fair 2012.

Please include a breakdown of the costs clearly for each of the stages mentioned below;

1. Pre-Show

• Press distribution (media releases before the event to increase awareness.

2. During the show 

• Organization of Press Conference for approximately 30 People

               - Coordination and management of the event

               -Invitations management (should be able to invite all major dive magazines, daily      newspaper, journalists, TV channels, major dive operators, important NGOS)

               -Production of media kit

[Extra costs such as Room hire, A/V Equipment, Catering (tea/Coffee) should be mentioned for each item separately in your quotation].

• Press distribution (during the show)

3. Post-Show 

• Follow up activities

              -dispatch of press releases

              -media monitoring
