The dinner menu stars a unique fusion of worldly cuisine spiced with touches of the Maldives. Kandooma Café will be bringing you a completely different buffet every night. Particularly popular are the live cooking sections where you choose the ingredients and the chef transforms them into delicious meals right in front of you.

An integral part of Maldivian culture, ’Bodu Beru‘ is believed to have come with the Africans that settled in the Maldives in the early 19th century.

Our Lobster Catch and Cooking Class have been established especially for your recreational pleasure. Catch your lobster around 2 pm and join our cooking class to learn how to prepare your lobster. During your very own private master class, our culinary artists will guide you through the creation of a lobster recipe highlighting the flavours of Asian cuisine, which you can show off to your friends and family back home. Most of the ingredients will be readily available from your local Asian grocery store and you can adapt the spice content to suit your own taste requirements.
