Beach House at Iruveli Maldives is delighted to announce that its fine dining restaurant, Medium Rare, has been awarded the“2013 Award of Excellence” by New York based Wine Spectator Magazine, at the 2013 Restaurant Wine List Awards.
The Restaurant Wine List Awards feature the world’s best selection of wine sat individual restaurant and dining establishments. The awards are given to restaurants that showcase an uncompromising devotion to the quality of their wine programme, feature outstanding depth in mature vintages, with wine pairings in excellent harmony with the menu, together with superb presentation and wine service. 2013 saw an increase in restaurants participating with over 3,793 restaurants from more than 75 countries having been nominated, underlining the importance of this award in the international wine industry.
